Per the Association's own FAQ: "SPA Alumni does not receive any grant or funds from SPA, New Delhi. SPA Alumni has been operating solely on the money received as membership fees from its members." Any dedicated student-aid fund would similarly depend on member contributions above and beyond the standard life membership fee.
