Note: The five governance documents above are transcribed from the versions published at spaalumni.weebly.com and hosted locally as clean, text-based PDFs — not scans of the certified originals, which remain on file with the Association.

Why two documents are different: The Membership Directory lists 1,300+ real members by name. Re-hosting a copy of it wasn't something to do without the Executive Committee's sign-off, and reconstructing a table that size from extracted text risked transcription errors on real people's records — so it's linked live to the existing, authoritative copy instead. The Membership Application Form is still a placeholder — see the site README for how to replace it with your PDF from a separate chat.
